Data Collection (The Tool)
All BPM tapping calculations and tempo detection happen entirely on your device using client-side JavaScript. We do not record, store, or transmit your keystrokes, tapping patterns, or any data generated by using the tool. No audio data, typing patterns, or tempo results are sent to our servers — because we don't have servers for this purpose.
When you tap a key or click the button, the browser calculates the time difference between taps using the performance.now() API. All processing is local. The resulting BPM is displayed in your browser and never leaves your machine unless you explicitly copy it to your clipboard.
Cookies & Analytics
To improve our site and serve advertisements, we use third-party services including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
